Dosage & Feeding Recommendation
Standard dosage: 10 g Spiru Plus per 1 kg pigeon feed
This corresponds to 1 included measuring spoon per 1 kg of feed.
Phase-Specific Use
- Young Pigeon Rearing: From weaning until the prize flight 3x per week to support growth and development.
- After hard flights: 2 days after the flight to support recovery.
- After medication: 3 consecutive days to support the liver and metabolism.
- Breeding season: 2x weekly for supplemental nutrition of breeding pigeons and young pigeons.
Combination with other Röhnfried products
For even intake, Spiru Plus can be mixed with slightly moistened feed. The following are especially suitable for moistening:
- Moorgold: For better feed binding, natural minerals, and support for digestion.
- OptiBreed: For optimal nutrition during breeding and rearing.
- Fatbooster: For extra energy during heavy strain and long-distance flights.
- K+K Protein: As an additional protein source after intensive flight phases.
Important note: Due to the increased iron and selenium content, feed a maximum of 10 g per kg of single feed ingredient. The total daily amount of supplementary feed must not exceed 5% of the daily feed ration. Not suitable for humans.
Storage & Shelf Life
- Seal the original packaging airtight after use.
- Store in a cool place at a maximum of 20 °C and protect from direct sunlight.
- Store in a dry place, as moisture may affect quality.
