Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery of the goods takes place worldwide.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Shipping costs within Germany are Flat rate €6.97.
For orders of 60 € shipping takes place free shipping, provided that the total weight of the order 31 kg does not exceed.
Free shipping applies exclusively to the first package.
For additional packages shipping costs will be charged according to the current shipping cost overview calculated.

Shipping is carried out via DHL.
The exact shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart and at checkout.

Deliveries abroad

Shipping costs for deliveries abroad are individual according to destination country and shipping weight charged.
The calculation is based on a unit price plus a weight-based surcharge per 100 g.

The exact shipping costs are charged during the ordering process in Cart and at checkout displayed before the order is completed.

Please note that for deliveries in Non-EU countries additionally Customs duties, taxes or fees may apply and are to be borne by the recipient.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered:

  • Within Germany within 3–5 working days,

  • within the European Union within 5–10 business days,

  • to non-EU countries within 16–24 working days

after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment unless we have made other arrangements with you.
In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

At Self-collection we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options.
In this case, the No shipping costs calculated.
