Carob belongs to the legume family and is predominantly cultivated in the Mediterranean region. The black seeds are enclosed in a pod up to 30 cm long, which is dried and processed into pieces after harvest. It has a very pleasant texture and is therefore very suitable for various animals. Its sweet taste makes it very popular.

Feeding recommendation for dogs, cats, horses:
Carob can be soaked and mixed into the feed.
