Cancellation and return shipping costs

For consumers, the statutory right of cancellation applies. You can find the full cancellation policy including the sample cancellation form here.

When exercising the statutory right of cancellation, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not provide a return label for this; you must arrange the return yourself.

We do not charge a separate restocking or re-entry fee for processing a properly returned item.

Exchange

We do not offer a voluntary direct exchange. If you would like a different item, you can return the original item in accordance with the statutory right of cancellation and then place a new order. Your statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.
