When exercising the statutory right of cancellation, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not provide a return label for this; you must arrange the return yourself.
We do not charge a separate restocking or re-entry fee for processing a properly returned item.
We do not offer a voluntary direct exchange. If you would like a different item, you can return the original item in accordance with the statutory right of cancellation and then place a new order. Your statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.
