Hessechol from Röhnfried is a mixture of the sulfur-containing amino acids methionine, sorbitol, and choline. Methionine is present in large quantities in feathers, making it essential for a smooth moult. Hessechol is particularly recommended when changes are made to the ration or to promote digestion.
Instructions for use: After exercise, during breeding, and during moulting, add 10 ml to 1 liter of drinking water or 750 g of feed. The solution must be renewed daily. Hessechol can be fed together with Avidress Plus, UsneGano, Elektrolyt 3Plus, or Avipharm in a single drinker. Concurrent use with drinking water to which choline chloride has been added should be avoided. For poultry, a maximum supplementation level of 1,000 mg choline chloride/kg of complete feed is recommended.
