Your legal guarantee rights
When you buy goods, EU law gives you a legal guarantee of at least two years. If an item turns out to be faulty, you can ask us to repair or replace it free of charge. If neither is possible, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund.
These legal rights apply regardless of any additional manufacturer’s guarantee and are not limited by it.
