Feeding recommendation
Daily 1–2 tsp, approx. 5 g per pigeon, offer in a separate container after the main feeding. Store in a cool, dry place. A 2.5-kg bucket is enough for about 4 months.
Tip: During moulting and breeding, the amount can be slightly increased. The calcium and phosphorus supply supports strong eggshells and feather regeneration.
Frequently asked questions
Is Eurital Grit Mix also suitable for young pigeons?
Yes, the fine grains and the clay content make it suitable for young birds from the 5th week of life.
Can I leave out the grit during the flying season?
Not recommended. Mineral needs increase, especially with high performance. 1 tsp daily supports mineral intake.
How long does the 2.5-kg bucket keep?
At least 24 months if stored in a cool, dry place. Please note the best-before date on the bucket.
