The Importance of Minerals

A mineral deficiency not only impairs performance and thus flight ability, but over time also affects health. Metabolic, fertility and developmental disorders can result. Since the mineral needs of pigeons cannot be met by grain feed alone, additional mineral supplementation is particularly important. This is especially true for racing pigeons, which are subjected to special demands due to competitive flights.

Usage and Dosage

Usage: Administer 5 g for 25 pigeons on the day before the flight mixed into the feed. We recommend giving it together with oregano sheep fat and RO 200 ready, which should also be given towards the end of the week.
