Feed supplements for animals
Supplementation means: alongside the basic feed
Supplementary feed does not replace the daily ration; it is given alongside it. It provides individual nutrients in concentrated form — minerals, trace elements, vitamins, fatty acids, herbs. How much is needed depends on the animal and the basic feed; if you feed a high-quality mix, less supplementation is needed than if you feed plain grain.
Organized by ingredient
Minerals and trace elements for bones, feathers, and shell. Vitamins A, D, E, K, and B as single and combination products. Omega fatty acids from linseed, salmon, and hemp oil. Herbs and phyto — dried plants, teas, and extracts. Probiotics and prebiotics as well as organic acids.
By dosage form
Some things are easier to give via drinking water, others via feed. Sorted by form: liquid and powder.
This page organizes the range across all animal species. If you are looking by animal type, you will find the overviews under pigeons, chickens, ornamental birds, and pets.
